Quinoa Broccoli Frittata

How proud i am that I made this recipe! It was from Oxygen Magazine (April 2009, pg. 115) and delish. Even my kids ate it, which is miraculous. Here are the pictures to prove that I can put ingredients together!

I am always trying new things on the computer so here ya go!
Carter loves socks and shoes. He puts on the shoes of anyone who comes in the door. He also loves taking his socks off and putting them on his hands. So funny. Kenji was also having the most horrendous hair day. The pictures do no justice to the craziness!

UVU Pink Out

I decided that I wanted to go to this event and I figured that if I had Patsy and Alyson that we could keep things under control. Besides, the boys like basketball so they might actually watch a little bit... WRONG!! It was just a reminder of how wild and naughty these boys are getting! I am jealous of people whose kids actually obey and sit still. Oh well, lesson learned and leashes will be needed in due time.

FYI: The women actually won the game and the Pink Out was a great success!

All the Grandkids, so far :)

To Grandmother's House We Go...

Since Christmas was such a bad day for driving, we decided to wait until the Saturday after to make our usual trip to Ogden. We had fun eating dinner, playing with baby Tyce, sledding, playing guitar hero, and laughing at Lance's crazy mustache! Kenji spent most of the time shooting hoops in a little nerf hoop grandmother set out, and all the kids were working on their harmonica skills.

Crazy hair night

Clint was out of town the other night and we had just been bummin' around watching cartoons and whatnot when the boys started being absolutely hilarious! They were wrestling, running around in circles and they thought sitting on the big Costco toilet paper was so cool. Carter has jelly on his face from a waffle, in case you are wondering.

Snowy Christmas Adventures

While I took an awesome nap (hee, hee) everyone went out and built a sled ramp and igloo. Too much fun and good memories!
