Quinoa Broccoli Frittata

How proud i am that I made this recipe! It was from Oxygen Magazine (April 2009, pg. 115) and delish. Even my kids ate it, which is miraculous. Here are the pictures to prove that I can put ingredients together!

I am always trying new things on the computer so here ya go!
Carter loves socks and shoes. He puts on the shoes of anyone who comes in the door. He also loves taking his socks off and putting them on his hands. So funny. Kenji was also having the most horrendous hair day. The pictures do no justice to the craziness!
